Poor management. Biasness. You would have to work after hours and weekends. The incentives you should actually get, you will not get that. I have email the incentives team and they will circulate the same email to each and everyone the same, that it is accurate. No proper explanation will be given to you. The Managers and the Director won't even try and help you out with this. We were to get the double incentives amount in March, that was changed and they said we'll get it by the end of June but till now there has been no email about it. If a person who wishes to quit, they'll threaten you that they'll hold onto your salary. No Professionalism in managers and so the teams are growing that way...Read More
