I am very gladfull that I got opportunity to work with Cybernoor. In Cybernoor I am playing a role as TL .As a TL, I learnt many things from past 4 years. To talk about cybernoor, first thing I have to speak is about our CEO and establisher Ahmed. I have never heard\seen a person with such passionate in technical things. Ahmed willbe available to us to support around the clock when we face any challenges. I am blessed to work with such person. And also I am thankful to Murali\Susant who are always with me to guide when I face any hurdles in managing the team or vendors. Also company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely. Also we have good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their work. Use of latest technologies to easy work done. And there are many such good things but these are major points. And coming to my other mates all are very friendly and I am really happy with the work environment in Cybernoor. And thank you all and thank you for giving this opportunity....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
