work culture is like typical MNCs, fancy offices pool, carram , TT to play. And full of politics by manager and leads. They will give you full attention through out the year, and at last after poor increment they will tell you that your performance was not upto the mark.

Work environment, review process, increments, pay reviews, bonus calculation, leave rules. no work life balance.

I had worked in Cybage for two years and got t2o pay reviews, one is 23k/year for just 5 months of work as I just joined and another for 12k/year, as only 2 members out of 10 has performed

1. Appraisal I don't like because they are having policy of variable pay so in Second year Appraisal and Variable Pay both are below average and I was not satisfied about that that's why I left the company. Because in It company If you are not getting appraisal 10-15% then your Financial budget will disturbed.
