Senior manager and director both are toxic. Don’t join analytics team. I got panic attack several times, start taking sleeping medicenes, anexity. worst phase my life is joining cvent.

People with no talent and skills keep on getting opportunities because they mingle with the managers wherein people with skills are not given a chance. The director and managers have no idea what they are doing and lack basic professional skills.

Appraisals have gone down and they have reduced their budgets after Blackstone took over. I is still not a big red flag as they give peace of mind and job security with it.
