My own lead wasnt ready to listen to me.... what kinda morale does that put into a person..... salman sidiqque was completely unprofessional with me... He in a way targeted me and forced me to quit...Vishesh prakash was also in on this

Everything about this company use to be better few months ago. I can barely point out any at the moment.

- Absolutely not safe for women because you are expected to be at the center before 5.30am and mark attendance failing to which will lead to salary deduction. Evening you will be expected to stay back till 9pm minimum. No cab facilities will be given and they assure reimbursement but you're lucky if you get it - Very unorganized timings. Can plan on anything because you will not know when you're doing morning shift or evening shift and thrice a week it's double shift. No work life balance. - Your leaves don't get approved. - They will not care about your mental health or physical health. - You're expected to make sales and generate revenue and if you don't, you'll be put under training. This isn't even a sales job. Incentives that you get for that is bare minimum and your sales depends on the center which you get. - Absolutely no growth. You are just a glorified watchman there. Even if the trainer doesn't show up, you'll somehow be held responsible for that....Read More

For a person who really cannot take stress, cannot work then this is the option. There are two shifts 5:30am to 12pm and 2:30pm to 8pm. The basic fundamental responsibility is to ensure that your center functions smoothly without having any form of obstacles. The team leads are very friendly, ambience is excellent and over all company experience is excellent and i would rate 5/5
