The work culture is good.Team is quite cooperative.

Dislikes

There is no growth in this company.Job security is also not there especially in this Covid times.As there revenue completely depends upon their center's operations.Its similar to retail industries because their operations had affected a lot by the market fluctuations.So you can't expect job security here. They are not providing any additional benefits as such.

Great work culture. The organisation structure is flat, so if any issues arise we can directly call our senior managers.

Dislikes

Pre-Covid the compensation structure used to be good however after reopening after lockdown the salaries have reduced dratically to the point that it's hard to make rent.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
