Flexible working hours like 06am to 10am & 5pm to 9pm which make us feel good. On time salaries, we can workout for free at any center, sometimes they also provide nutrition kit if you are lucky enough then you may get it. Team lunch sometimes & team go outs make us feel good which happens for twice in a year.

Dislikes

Unnecessary meetings calls at your free time and surprise calls for any bad comment and reviews. Most dominant cluster manager call regularly for every review or projection of business, every week team calls and asks for inputs and insights for your sales and never appreciate for any achievements. We are responsible for sales, center operations, clients, trainer and staff behaviour as we have to give explanation for any kind of rude or embrace behaviour. worst appraisals as i got 8% last time and asked for explanation they answer was you do not reach our expectations and never share a reason for it. how good you work for company or how good your behaviour no one is cared or appreciate CM++ programs we had which means additional working process which make you 0% learning and usage. they do not understand one thing here is ground work never can be understandable by any officer....Read More

Can really learn center operation, multi-tasking and customer handling. Growth opportunities depends on which center you are handling and your interaction with cluster managers. Work - life balance is great once you are well-versed with the operations of assigned center. If you love customer interactions, and building a rapport with them, you can enjoy the job.

Dislikes

Performance is not based on how hardworking and honest you are, but the revenue generated which actually depends on the location and the center you are handling. Some customer or facility related complaints take a long time to get resolved, but that is indirectly going to affect our performance measured by the company. Compensation is not that great.

The work culture at this organisation is beyond anyone’s imagination. I absolutely love it! The transparency and openness amongst the colleagues is also one of the good qualities I found here.

Dislikes

I believe an employee must also put a thought of his position in a company down the line, I’m not sure if I will be having career growth here.

The job role I had is very good or extremely good for beginners if 1st time employees. You get to learn a lot and also would get a lot of exposure and can speak to a lot of people

Dislikes

The job role I had while it was good for beginners it is not good to stay in that role for more than 2 years. The work becomes montonus. The chance of promotion is very slim. You have to work in the backend job to get a good career.
