As a fresher, you can learn under guidance of vary talented and good team leaders and team members are also friendly and of helping nature. Salaries do get on time and hikes are also good.

There is no excited work and what you have to do is just fix some minor issues over and over again. No agile methodology or any other workflow available. It's like you working in a family. Even you are assigned for a particular role, you end up doing any work which is not even your domain sometimes.
