Great organisation to work in. Being product based you get all the benefits of the same and get a feeling of ownership of the product. Fantastic work culture with great and flexible people to work with less amount of politics. The initial salary and hike was good too considering that the company wasn't going through a wonderful time during couple of years.

Dislikes

The only issue I faced was the variable, but it is kind of understandable looking at the downtime at the company. Another small issue is with the management. While they are quite flexible and appreciative in general, you need to bring multiple things into their notice to let your work highlighted in a better way.

Work Details

Work policy: Their is one mandatory week when you need to go to office in five weeks. But it's avoidable if you have genuine inconvenience.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
