Company is good in terms of building a sense of leadership and developing a skill to come up front and confront the things one itself

Some senior personals and their junior fellows does full time politics and back biting the ears of higher management creating the poor and worst atmosphere in the office also some of them don't have their work and those persons try to interfere in others zone which thus leads to exploitation in efficiency of an individual and make the things miserable.
