It's all about cons. - This company(Kreate/Crowdpouch) is going to be a complete waste of your career. DON'T, just DON'T join this place. - There is no clarity about what needs to be done, what's the plan, nobody knows anything. - The main con is the CEO. - There have been more than 100 hires in a span of a year and only 20 are left now. - Salaries are NEVER paid on time, it's always 15-20 days late or more.
