Lots of pressure of sales and VAS targets Managers always consumed in ungenuine meetings. Company doesn’t care about your physical and mental health. Internal promotions is like you’re just changing the name of your current profile with minimal salary hike. Lots of politics. No one care for your efforts just results are matters. Overall company is very good. There have 1 & 1/2 day fixed week off, available leave Balance, Developed & learning process is good, also they give oppertunity for promotion.

Dislikes

But management is not good at all, not everyone but some of sm are doing partiality. One of sm name is Kaushik Maji (asansol croma) his behaviour & mentality is so cheap. He don't have enough knowledge to handle store & entire team.

Work environment, Manager Swapnil sir, Sarabjeet sir, Deepak Sir with whim I have experienced my working time and I have enjoyed and learnt a lot.

Nothing as such. Everything was going good and I have spent 4 years in the company at 4 different stores. Only 1 thing that I got disappointment was I was asked to go and work in Gujarat and that was sudden, I didnt wanted to go Gujarat so I chose the IJP way to stay in mumbai and I got selected in process team. Too much mental stress less pay continuously cost cutting many left the job switched to other companies for last 2 year only 300rs increment more than mentioned working hours and multi job roles you have to do everytime manager threatens if we don't do it than he will fire or issue warning letter work culture is too bad.

Incentive structure not satisfied. Not everyone are followed our company process, Lots of politics happening. Everyone giving first preference to brand staff. No use of Croma employee. And personly i don't like our uniform style
