Environment is so good if the management is running store in a good way that's really matter, because if a manager is craving such environment for everyone then it's really feel good to works there and it also motivated hs to do better

Company is very good and amazing But because of some people thing can get runied so for work in a good environment, you need your management team so good and well that treat you with respect and always help you and motivate to push and do more than you can do

The working hour is mentioned 9 hrs but you have to work 10 to 12 hrs. In Kozhikode hililte mall Sunday(15th Aug 2024) I have seen a lady staff( diffently abled) working at 9.30 pm. I don't know why no one is taking any action against the adm and sm.

All the things are dislike only in croma. Croma is a worst place to work. No employee benefits example no appraisal. There is no simplicity in process. HR is also very bad. Store manager is very rude. No respect for employees. Croma is not even good for customers also, after sales service is very bad in croma. Worst place

Even though you job is secure there is no growth,nor there is any increment.. company does not care how many years you gave to them.. average salary increment in 400-600/year

As of now. Cluster manager for CSD Mr Shashi Kumar P has done and being ahead great job.

Employee will be treated like beggers after you leave the company to get all our work done from HR END. EITHER YOU WILL HAVE TO PRAISE THEM TO DO SO. GET ALL THE THINGS DONE IN MAIL FOR PROOF. HR'S are not upto the mark(not staff supporting). Support will there only if they get there work done and if you leave the company and then you will have to beg them and ask(eg.
