Work environment, Manager Swapnil sir, Sarabjeet sir, Deepak Sir with whim I have experienced my working time and I have enjoyed and learnt a lot.

Nothing as such. Everything was going good and I have spent 4 years in the company at 4 different stores. Only 1 thing that I got disappointment was I was asked to go and work in Gujarat and that was sudden, I didnt wanted to go Gujarat so I chose the IJP way to stay in mumbai and I got selected in process team. But that didnt turn good for me. I checked and asked for me to get back to operations but I didnt got the opportunity this is where I got jobless because I have pit down my paper....Read More

Dislikes

If your senior didn't like you then whatever you doing good in your work will be worthless. For him your work life would be very difficult. Also if you are hiring from any campus then you have to suffer extreme level of jealousy of your colleagues. And no one support you at all. And finally you have to resigned.
