Since it's a Tata Company the higher management cares about their employees. And it's fancy to be associated with the group. Other than that there is no benefit of working at Croma in operations after doing your MBA.

Dislikes

1. Company is not ready to welcome MBA managers. 2. No option for skill development. 3. Repetitive work and blue collar environment.

Wfh is not possible in service industry but there is lot of people pleasing to get promoted.

Very rigid hierarchy...promotions are very slow..A person can not use his full potential.Very repetitive work on a daily basis. No recognition for the efforts put in by an employee. Managers are very reluctant towards implementing new ideas and concepts.
