currently working with Forever 21 fast fashion store at Kurla, I am very much happy to work with Aditya birla group. wen I have joined this organisation that time the incentive structure was very great. but this time they are giving incentive like local shop. even local shop is giving good amount of incentive. I don't know why they have stopped that incentive.

forever 21 hasnt keep more staff, why I don't know, but still we need some more staff to grow are store and close our store on time, they have coming time, but there is no time go home at closing time, everyday we have left store maximum 1 hour late. one more thing I would like to highlight, if a stuff make bigg bill of rupees 50k aur 1lck, they won't appreciate them, in other companies, if you make big bill of rupees 25k they used to give some voucher or meals, and movie ticket bcz the staff will get motivate, but there is nothing like this....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
