Tata Croma is a platform where a person can learn while earn. Here every month training and knowledge classes are done for all employees. Salary and incentives are huge if an employee can focus on what to sell to get huge incentives. Other than this company culture is very good about technology along with sustainability.

Dislikes

Working hours and HR roles are not upto the mark. They ask store managers for any type of decisions.

Nothing as such. Everything was going good and I have spent 4 years in the company at 4 different stores. Only 1 thing that I got disappointment was I was asked to go and work in Gujarat and that was sudden, I didnt wanted to go Gujarat so I chose the IJP way to stay in mumbai and I got selected in process team. It's only name sake Tatas. The culture is purely of complete corporate politics and ambiguity. No role clarity, structure changes almostvevety year, focus changes every 3-4 months so no consistency.

There is too much confusion, bosses always talk about job insecurity. Too much office politics. The environment is toxic.

Management Work Culture Politics Favouritism Unnecessarily adhoc requirements at night n midnight of Data throughout the year. Which is of no relevance. If you are good at licking u can survive here. Will not recommend any one to work here

It should be explained to the company manager that instead of finding faults, they should try to correct them.

Emails are sent on small matters. No, we are not. It is understood whether it is our mistake or not. And if it is not our mistake then we are trapped. If I post to my manager then no one else except him should have the right to stop me and whenever mistakes are made then it is better to solve the problem instead of sending mail and getting trapped without any mistake.

Work doesn't matter anymore since it's a matured organisaton. The focus is on favouritism, politics.. it's a very bad organisation for women. There is no woman in the senior management, just one in HR and even she has no powers or mind of her own and doesn't support women.

Overall company is very good. There have 1 & 1/2 day fixed week off, available leave Balance, Developed & learning process is good, also they give oppertunity for promotion.

Dislikes

But management is not good at all, not everyone but some of sm are doing partiality. One of sm name is Kaushik Maji (asansol croma) his behaviour & mentality is so cheap. He don't have enough knowledge to handle store & entire team.
