The Work Life Balance and the core senior is team is very helpful. Freshers can eventually learn and grow with many cloud based service platforms. Teams are responsive with their respective clients and have best output in Zoho and Salesforce implementation and consultation in India and USA

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
