I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Likes

People in the office are very friendly and the pets are super fun to play with while youre taking a break from work. As an intern youll also learn a lot about tech, design and product development pipelines.

Dislikes

Company believes in building low quality products at a very fast pace. No proper management. This is a good place for interns as youll learn a lot but i'd recommend learning and leaving it to get to a better place. Growth will eventually plateau here. Lot of favouritism towards women by the boss. The more time you spend in this place the lesser youll feel like you have any value.
