Pay parity is evident, where a Management trainee earns higher than research analyst. Month ends are cumbersome with late nights and no complimentary off day for weekends. The growth is terrible as it they would instead hire younger and chepaer people and train them and let the old employees leave.

They have forced us to write papers, they just pass you to other projects mostly. They hire you for one project but force you to work on 2-3 simultaneously.

The work life balance is exemplary, you will have managers and directors who are actually sane and human, don't have much idea about job security since it's a client based business so you know the drill but but but I can see a bigger number of employees who are working for more than 10-15 years now so you can get the idea, work pressure might vary from department to department but for me it was fun given I came from service industry and the work pressure was on a super saiyaan level (you know if you know) and here at Crisil you will love it the pressure negligible....Read More

but the compensation and the promotion part is the part where things start to sour this would be the only game changer for an employee to plan for a switch otherwise overall it's a decent organisation to work with.
