Work life balance is pathetic. In short there is nothing like work life balance. They will squeeze out every bit of energy till the last hour of the day. We need to work on Saturdays and Sundays and sometimes in holidays too. This is the bitter truth

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
