The internship provided a fantastic work enviroment. Supportive colleagues and an encouraging culture made learning easy and enjoyable. Plus, the work-life balance was also good.

Team which I worked is worst. Biasing based on region and language. Certain type of people from common region try to control and dominate. It's the worst company experience in life ever.

Worst place to work there if you have knowledge on technologies also there employee humiliate you and forcefully bound you to don't know anything. There most employees are working just for survival purpose only. You can't learn but 100% sure that you will loose your skills there. Because they will not listen your ideas they will listen only their own ideas. If you want to give good and better ideas from them also they will not listen your ideas and they will behave like that you don't know anything. If you are a contract employee and you are under Venkatesh Tangudu team then you will became either mad or sure you will die. He is tortured like hell. He is using you for his personal work like govt employee they are using their peon like his servant. Like this he is using that.If you will not listen his word and try to concentrate on your work then he will tortured you like hell untill unless you left that company or project. He actually don't have knowledge on technologies but showing that he knows everything than you. He is worst employee of that company. He don't have neither experience nor knowledge on Lead position but that company given his lead position. Always he is coming to office and opening railway ticketing and then he is search something something on e-commerce websites like Amazon. Flipkart Paytm etc and searching for all then talking to his wife upto 2hrs and then looking for his team which production support he completed and he is putting that issue on his name and send the mail that he is working entire day for that issue This is his everyday work. He is indicate to his teammates that you work for yourself and for me also. I will not work and I will do my personal work. They prefer people who does work over time and weekends to impress them rather than someone who finishes of their work by time. Learning curve: they have built a tool which is being used only by them. So 0 learning oppurtunity. Most of the projects are having very old technologies.
