While you are working here, your work-life is balance but it is also depends on project.

Dislikes

- They will offer good salary but you won't get salary on time. You will get to travel a lot (which is good) but there is no guarantee that you will get the expenses. - No stability of projects and technologies. - No Job security. - Immature Management, which will results in Politics. - Do lot of propaganda on social media but the reality is different.

Work Details

Work is ok-ok. You will get to learn lot of new technologies but don't get enough time to implement it and management will blame you at the end. Every time requirement gets change which will results in bad delivery.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
