As there is not enough staff to work in the branch, the workload remains high. The company does very good social activities and also spends a lot on recruitment drives, but the fact is that we are not getting employees. I think this is the result of the employees getting paid less while working in this company despite spending somuch. And the branch manager also has to look after all the office work and also go for the field collection, so the branch works from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. No one notices this.
