Role & responsibilities

• Assist the Liaison officers in preparing their monthly travel plan which includes visits to branches, district level government offices, police stations etc. in coordination with the business teams.
• Gather information from Liaison officers on completed and pending issues viz. FIRs, chargesheets, final reports etc. and share the same for review with HOD and business teams.
• Maintain and publish loss of incidence tracker and master tracker on periodical basis.
• Coordinate with business team and liaison officers to review all the pending cases.
• Guide Liaison officer to visit LDM and NABARD DDMs to improve effective coordination.
• Tracking CSR data related to RPID (police stations)
• Schedule monthly meetings with entire team, record minutes and circulate with stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in English & Hindi. Other regional languages would be preferred.
• Good experience with MS-Office (proficient with MS-Excel).
• Customer centric approach and coordination skills.
