Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Management Information Systems (MIS) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in MIS operations, data analysis, and reporting. As an MIS Specialist, you will manage and maintain our organization's MIS infrastructure, ensure data accuracy, generate reports, and provide analytical insights to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our MIS infrastructure, including databases, software applications, and reporting tools.
2. Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing valuable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
3. Report Generation: Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and other relevant data points.
4. Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data within the MIS system through regular audits, validations, and data cleansing processes.
5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the MIS framework, streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency.
6. User Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to end-users on MIS systems and tools, ensuring smooth operations and maximum utilization.
7. Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal security protocols, safeguarding sensitive information stored within the MIS.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in MIS operations, data analysis, or a similar role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
5. The detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
6. Proven track record of managing MIS infrastructure and delivering actionable insights.
