The best thing was during COVID, our job was secured and also 2 months salary was not deducted even when not active in system. I worked for more than 6 years and learned many things which had helped me to grow in my career.

I really hated about the IJPs process wherein PKT paper always used to leaked we also reported to ER team but unfortunately no action was taken, i worked here for more than 6 years , but last year was every pathetic due to new management hired in RCM wherein Manager was really very rude and not supportive and always degrade old users. Toxic management,i would suggest not to join credence.. team leader like saleema begum she so unprofessional person she a lady with no experience and she say i bring tiffin to everyone so management is under my finger with my soft any innocent talk no buddy can do anything to me AM like Shafat Parmar he take drug on duty no buddy say anything to him and ER like Preeti Singh and there is alots nepotism in this company and management support them..so please don't join..i have face mental health issues...Read More
