Politics, Every employees has pick and drop but only IT team don't have. It is 8 hrs shift to othrs but only IT team have 9 hrs. You can not take break-time with your colleague nor with other teammate.

This place was a hell hole.. They never paid the incentives promised. Quality department was the biggest bigots I came across in the bpo industry. Things were made much worse my the incompetent managers. Such a pathetic place where toxic idiots reside.

Work Life Balance is well so far & also pays well for Ops. But if we talked about support they get treated as they are nothing as compared to Ops people.

Not gonna disclose but supports specific religious people everytime if there is any issue irrespective of that person is wrong or right.
