There is nothing to like. There is no training as such. You will be only appreciated for your work but never be benefited. There is no job security because they can kick you out whenever they want. No matter how hatd working you are. Place like this has no career growth until n unless you leave that place n start something of your own or join somewhwere else. Its history is the proof of that. Salary appraisal are only for the ones who are ready to scratch their back. Its like "har class me ek chaatu hota hai jise chatne ki aadat hoti hai". <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> There is no bonus as i was also promised for it but didnt get anything</mark>. Someone said it right ,"Promises are meant to be broken". They follow this very strictly as its their regular practice. As far as travel is concerned again there are only promises and by now you already know what happens to promises. Politics, yes there is politics. They should have been in Vidhan Sabha where only the members(Owner n his chamchas) are benefitted not the employees...Read More

Work Details

I was a senior Designer there. And i must say thatt is the worst place to work. I have never such unprofessionals. They dont pay on time, make only false promises, very much unprofessional, lots of politics.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
