Helpful seniors in my team. Flexible working culture. Work from home option. Strong process and system. Good HR policies.

Dislikes

Nothing in specific, the pressure climbs up as the release date comes near. Few clients are pampered and are over demanding.

Best things about Creamson is , if you want to enhance your technical skills about new technology , you can do that. Job security is awesome. If you will not able to do your work nicely , you will not face any job loss. There will be many chance to settle there, no option for quitting.

Dislikes

As this is a product company , sometime you have to work more than 10 hours , but you will receive some amazing experience when you have a great pressure for working more than 12 - 14 hours.
