This company is the worst one can work for(at least at that point of time), no proper management,no training,no prior product knowledge, no fixed goals and most of all the company dignities wanted us to work 15-16 hours a day, and taking all these reasons into consideration the job security that they provided is indescribable. Their work culture, their end behaviours towards their employees, their intransigent approach towards ever changing goals.

No words to explain the pressure that the higher authorities used to create on us. Totally insensible.
