Some Team leads, team members and manager are very supportive in upskilling .

Dislikes

All of HR department is worst there. Have zero quality of work ethics. No structure for salaries, freshers get more than that of someone 2 years experienced. Didn't had any projects for several months, laid off old employees and hired fresher ones .. just ridiculous. No job security at all Do not ever think to join.

No projects are there to work. Short term project have no much exposure. HR has worst case here at organization.No basic sense of talking and no overall sense of responsibility at all. You have to remind everything it you need access right from joining formalities to last day reliving letter receiving

Management is not proper No one is there to listen to your problem; even HR never understands employee problem No proper cafeteria I need to even work after coming from office No proper Activities are arranged by HR No increment after completing a year They also cut employee PF from our salary
