Whatever your qualification is, have to do all work may be from low level may be, so diploma and UG level candidate is always sufficient i think. Higher you qualify it'll be out box here Work life balance will not suit for everyone because of the office timings. Production people (low level) may have work pressure since they do multiple jobs

The work pressure is very high, there is no limit for working hours,I have to work more then 12-14 hours in a day, some days work will continue till next day, only work will doing on standing, there is no Job training for fresher.

Generally my work is control engineering for system of PLC and CNC machine And special purpose machine, HMI screen development, Sequence modification work in PLC programming, cycle time reduction and developing machine performance and improve productivity
