Company culture at CoverItUp has always been their biggest strength. Like minded people working together and understand what is right for the company. Flexibility of working hours within the office. Encouragement to pursue new skills and knowledge related to my field.

Working 6 days a week which seemed a little harsh. Slow growth in terms of appraisals.
