Employees can work independently without micromanagement, and there are plenty of chances to learn. The company also offers valuable exposure to some of the wolrd;s largest companies through meaningful projects. Besides, I receive a good salary here, and it;s always paid on time.

Manager will put pressure on junior and senior level of employees, forces to work on weekends, sudden meeting and task from different clients. Penny on the name of appraisal and bonus. No follow up and feedback on the appraisal review. A lot more on the name of feminism...

I worked here for 2 years but not a single time I like anything about this company if I compared to my last 2 companies which are very small in front of C5 but not every big company is a great company.
The culture of this company is very poor. Each and every time and on every stage there will be a politics, it's waiting for you if you are here. Many times I give suggestion to HR department, but no one take any action. If you are from a different locations rather than mumbai, then they will criticize you by their words or by behavior.
