Very worst company. Too much Tamil domination. They won't let anyone grow in this Organization.

Dislikes

No job security. Need to clear too many assessments after joining until you get irritated and leave the company. No appraisals, no confirmation letters, no IJPs, no growth, no scope for new projects, no recognition, no fun, no leaves approved, Most importantly no job security at all. You will get a call from WFM team at any time without expectations informing you no need to come to office from tomorrow since you don't have any project....Read More
