I like only trainning and learning phase. And i got only good friend group

As per my international experience there is no work life balance. Some times saturday and sunday also working. If you say work life balance and saturday and sunday is holiday then strictly no work. Some time overtime also. Office time is 11 to 8 but i am working till 9 or 9.30 also. And if it is urgent work so you can provide this work atleast afternoon time but my team leader wake up at 7.pm and told me this is work is urgent please give till 8 pm and she went home and team member were working....Read More

so much negative points. leadership is pathetic; only one way communication does not listen to employees nor provided the proper training. Worst part is training period which is very pathetic.
