Leaving the site without proper communication creates significant challenges for the team and compromises project safety. We have reviewed your comments regarding our company, and we would like to clarify the inaccuracies in your claims with documented facts: Provision of PPEs: As per the employment agreement, in addition to the PPEs and coveralls already provided by us, an extra percentage of your salary is transferred to your account specifically for the purchase of PPEs. This arrangement ensures that the amount provided exceeds the actual cost of the PPEs over time, rendering your claim of non-provision completely baseless. Salary Disbursement: We maintain complete transparency in our salary processes. Bank statements and records clearly demonstrate that salaries have always been disbursed on the agreed dates without any delays. Your claim of delayed payments is false and not supported by any evidence. Salary Deductions: Deductions are made strictly as per the terms and conditions outlined in the employment contract you agreed to upon joining. These include deductions for uninformed late arrivals, early departures, and unapproved leaves, all of which were explicitly communicated to you.
