The HR department is not responding to calls, msgs & mails or providing my full and final settlement along with my salary. This organization is extremely poorly managed. I received an offer letter in July and was asked to join within 15 days. I even paid my previous company to join Ask Ehs, but they delayed my start until October. Iwould not recommend joining them unless you're in a dire situation. Particularly, avoid going offshore unless you have no other choice! They are deducting nearly 13,500 from my salary for medical facilities and 5,000 for PF and retention, totaling about 18,500 each month.
