Low salaries, Poor increments. Although they say so, appraisals are proportional to performance, however that is not the case. Employees on lower position will get least of benefits no matter how they perform. Only those who are already on higher packages may benefit from it. Continuous evening shifts. Not much interaction / communication between senior leadership and associates. They will only approach you when you are required, wants to give instructions or you made an error that turned to be escalation. Mostly operational / transactional / reporting work supporting business of various companies. Generally they manage SCM (supply chain management ) projects of various companies and few IT projects.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
