Bakwas during rhis pandemic situation of covid19 rhey have abscond me despite informing to manager as well as manager and sdm . I worked 4 years honestly they have not increased a single rupees. They kept on giving only assurance, other company give NSA after6 pm but they give after 12 am to 4 am , overall it was bad experience i will not suggest any one to join until compulsion.

Working environment is good but salary is same it doesn't matter for how many years you work for the company

In this company growth is slow and you will not learn anything new in this company, no communication because its a blended process. Its a international process but you don't need to communicate with the customer.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
