HRs and different BUs don't maintain a good standard when it comes to compensating fairly for existing employees when they are willing to offer to even 50% extra to a new comer but not to the similar experienced member. Market standards have raised, but the compensation seems average. They are aware about it but haven't taken any steps towards improving the situation for existing employees. Promoting wrong culture that an employee will get good compensation only if they resign and negotiate a good package with an existing offer to retain them....Read More
