The quality of work is taken very seriously by Consultivo. So it gets very transparent who is able to deliver and who is not. So it sometimes gets very difficult for the employees who are moonlighting or not focusing on the work. That gets very embarrassing for the employee if he/she is identified to be moonlighting or involved withany unethical practice. Consultivo is very strict with that. Work policy: It depends on the project requirement. Sometimes 4 days a month, sometimes 10 days a month

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
