With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Consulting krew is the best organisation to start your career in HR Domain. I have joined here as a fresher and now I have completed 2 years. Managers are very supportive and helped a lot to achieve your targets. Overall ganied good experience. Appraisals are also there based upon your performance. Will surely recommed.

Dislikes

There is no job security in the organisation and favouritism alot. If you give your 100 % to the company they didn't appreciate that. The Managers only like those people who didn't complaint about them with the company director if they doing something wrong with you.
