Many things, Like lots of pressure, asking to do multi tasking, not giving opportunities to a senior employee, not giving OT amounts of any employee had worked for another process as per client requirements, management needs to understand the input and output of the employees which is giving productivity through which company revenue is getting generated.

No static rules in this company for the employees. Everyday they are changing their rules. HRs are not cooperative. Managements are also not good. Too much partiality. Do not give appraisal even after to a deserving and eligible employee. Does not pay total FNF amount.
