I had got same experience .but I was very disappointed i didn't get my 25days salary . I had some medical issue that's why I wasn't continue .

They have nice growth structure it's plus point and some process are different but it has nice support from tbss

Dislikes

Their system on parameter of call quality are so strict and some process like telenor,tata docomo they don't have good headphone or physical material but yet if anything happens in call quality they some how blame TSA the one who is attainding their call

Well it was great experience with tbss as part of TATA it's nice but some areas pressure was stronger and incentive plan was not so good
