Only good thing is you get the hybrid work culture and get lots of free time to upskill your self. Work life balance is good because there is no work to do. Also the job security is good. You don't have to worry about this .

Toxic people and no bonus and too much politics. No appraisal and hike is provided here . I have people working here for 3 years without getting any hike . You get go work on some very old in house software which is more buggy and outdated then Microsoft teams . There are no benifits provided other then the salary itself . If you want to survive or to get job here especially for men you should dress up like a women. Yes here from hiring to appresal based on the beauty not skillset or experience. Full politics and interview process is so pathetic. If you want practical experience go and attend.
