In simple they will pressure you like hell in offer letter the working days would be Monday to Friday but in reality they will call you to work on Sunday, everyday they will told to attend the meeting aprat from you job timings, they won't give you time for a minute once a call get ended they told you take another call

Work-life balance (Most of your year work will be in the Graveyard- about 60% shift of your year) Salary is low (And no night allowance) Promotions are very delayed and you will be sent back to the previous work if they do not have the openings There is no Job security as they will hire you for the Technical Support but will set theincentives on sales even if your profile was not for sales. The client are good and company is also good bt the management they sucks... I work in premium process for last 4 years. When the management changed and promoted from domestic process via IJP they change the culture and pressure as they get in domestic process
