If you are planned for getting good communication skills and corporate culture. This is the best company apart from any other BPO. I would have loved to work forever in this company if it would have paid a little more. Rest of the things are awesome. Loved working with Concentrix.

No growth. All false promises. All liars working at the top. Spread racism and hatred towards the employees. Only the boot lickers gets promoted. Inhuman targets with rude behaviour of the management. The management works like the North Korean government. Very horrible company to work in. Not at all employee Centric. No consideration for the employee. Even in case of health issues and family demise, you are expected to come and work. Management treats you as servants. No Positivity.

The process is not good I was ill I was not able to get up but still the management doesn't understand and ask us to come and work .for my exam's preparation I am asking them but no one is ready to give even they are not changing shift as well

I really enjoyed being a part of concentrix as it is well secured working in Cnx, it had friendly surrounding,salary was received punctually,and various facilities are given to us when being part of Cnx also they provide security to each and every customer agent no matter any issue faced by an individual. Best part of Cnx is your job would secured if you join here.

To be honest I tried my best to stay there for a longer period of time at first the process I was selected for I couldn't be selected as for my hindi language wasn't fluent and then sent for other process to get interviewd i was again rejected for my hindi language then I was trained for non voice process where I gave my best in clearing my mock unfortunately among those 5 members who sat to clear the mock amoung them again it was only me who didn't turn up clearing it but it wasnt my fault coz each and everyone was helped by the trainer in clearing the mock after the trainers correction then only the mock was forwarded to the interviewer as it was told to us but if this was there then offcouse I would think I was failed to clear my mock tensionally and no one could say out here that I had my hindi language issue coz this wasn't a voice process rather a non voice process. Which was saddening and disappointing to me and I was asked to resign from the company, and it was really tough for me after that coz soon no one would get a job elsewhere that too in this lockdown,many were asked to resign in this lock down but I personally faced this kinda issue so I have mentioned it on my feedback....Read More
