Baisedness in leadership, only few growing rest others, new leader who don't have time and intentions to listen to DRs and others , you can survive if you don't use your own thought process and be there as yes sir and yes ma'am employee, the day you question anything you will not be a good employee, new leaders coming to top only talking about money, financials and GMs. so before joining keep your ego and self respect at home as major good leaders have decide to quit this organisation, now its only one type of leadership there.
